As you know I own and operate mixed martial arts gyms in both Arizona and Mexico where dozens of high level athletes work out everyday. I am the athletic director of Vandalia-Butler High School. At this high school the health and wellness of our students and staff is of paramount importance. We have approximately 500 students involved in either school related sports activities (baseball, basketball, football, soccer, etc) or just personal physical fitness, as well as close to 100 athletic staff support members and volunteers. As the owner of a martial arts studio health and safety for my students and staff are of the utmost concern.
